目的 探討舒肝解郁膠囊聯(lián)合穩(wěn)心顆粒治療心臟神經(jīng)癥的臨床療效。方法 選取2017年8月-2018年8月商洛市中心醫(yī)院90例心臟神經(jīng)癥患者為研究對象，按照隨機數(shù)字表法分成對照組及觀察組兩組，每組45例。對照組口服穩(wěn)心顆粒治療，觀察組患者在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服舒肝解郁膠囊治療，治療2個月后，比較兩組患者的臨床療效、治療前后兩組患者各癥狀評分、24 h動態(tài)心電圖結(jié)果及癥狀自評量表（SCL-90）評分變化。結(jié)果 治療后，觀察組患者治療總有效率顯著高于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者的各癥狀評分較治療前均顯著降低（P<0.05），且觀察組顯著低于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，經(jīng)24 h動態(tài)心電圖檢查兩組患者早搏、心動過速、心動過緩、非特異性STT改變的發(fā)生率較治療前均顯著降低（P<0.05），且觀察組顯著低于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者的SCL-90量表總分較治療前均顯著降低（P<0.05），且觀察組顯著低于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 舒肝解郁膠囊聯(lián)合穩(wěn)心顆?？捎行Ц纳菩呐K神經(jīng)癥患者的臨床癥狀及心電圖檢查結(jié)果，對提高治療效果、改善心理健康狀態(tài)具有積極意義。

Objective To explore clinical efficacy of Shugan Jieyu Capsules combined with Wenxin Granules in treatment of cardiac neurosis. Methods 90 patients with cardiac neurosis were selected as the subjects and conducted retrospective study from August 2017 to August 2018. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and study group, and 45 cases in each group. The control group were treated with Wenxin Granules, the study group on the basis of this combination of Shugan Jieyu Capsules. After 2 months of treatment, clinical efficacy, symptom scores, 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram results, and SCL-90 scale score changes before and after treatment were compared in two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the symptom scores of two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the study group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the incidence of premature beats, tachycardia, bradycardia, and non-specific STT changes in two groups was significantly decreased after 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram (P<0.05), and the study group was lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the total score of SCL-90 in two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment (P<0.05), and the study group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Shugan Jieyu Capsules combined with Wenxin Granules can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and electrocardiogram results of patients with cardiac neurosis, which has positive significance for increasing the therapeutic effect and improving mental health.
