目的 系統(tǒng)評價(jià)康復(fù)新液治療復(fù)發(fā)性阿弗他潰瘍（RAU）的療效。方法 計(jì)算機(jī)檢索2019年4月前中國學(xué)術(shù)期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫（CNKI）、中國生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫（CBM）、維普中文期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫（VIP）、萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫、Co-chrane圖書館臨床對照試驗(yàn)資料庫（CCRCT）、江蘇省工程技術(shù)文獻(xiàn)信息中心、Pubmed、Sciencedirect中的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)，并對最終符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的研究數(shù)據(jù)采用Revman 5.3進(jìn)行Meta-分析。結(jié)果 共納入13項(xiàng)研究（包含1 353例患者）。Meta-分析結(jié)果顯示，康復(fù)新液（治療組）治療復(fù)發(fā)性阿弗他潰瘍的總有效率[OR=5.45，95%CI（3.77，7.88），P<0.000 01]顯著高于西瓜霜噴劑和（或）氯己定含漱液（對照組）。治療組的平均潰瘍期[SMD=-1.05，95%CI（-1.39，-0.71），P<0.000 01]顯著短于對照組。治療7 d后的VAS疼痛評分[SMD=-1.32，95%CI（-1.94，-0.71），P<0.0001]治療組顯著低于對照組。結(jié)論 康復(fù)新液治療復(fù)發(fā)性阿弗他潰瘍的近期療效較好，能夠縮短平均潰瘍期及降低VAS疼痛評分，但尚需更多高質(zhì)量的研究加以證實(shí)。對其安全性及RAU的復(fù)發(fā)性也需要進(jìn)一步的關(guān)注和研究。

Objective To evaluate the effects of Kangfuxin Liquid for treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer. Methods Relevant literatures before April of 2019 in CNKI, Wanfang Database, VIP, CBM, CCRCT, Jiangsu Engineering Technology Literature Information Center, Pubmed and Sciencedirect were retrieved. The data that met the final inclusive criteria were meta-analyzed by Revman 5.3 software. Results A total of 13 trials were involved, including 1 353 cases. The results of Meta-analysis showed that the total effective rate of Kangfuxin Liquid (treatment group)[OR=5.45, 95%CI(3.77, 7.88), P<0.000 01), was significantly higher than that of watermelon frost and/or gargle solution (control group) for the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer. The average ulcer period of treatment group[SMD=-1.05, 95%CI(-1.39, -0.71), P<0.000 01] was shorter than that of control group. The VAS pain score of treatment group[SMD=-1.32, 95%CI(-1.94, -0.71), P<0.000 1] was significantly lower than that of the control group after the treatmentment of 7 days. Conclusion Kangfuxin Liquid has better short-term efficacy in the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer, which can shorten the average ulcer period and reduce the VAS pain score. However, it remains to be confirmed by more high-quality research. The safety and recurrence of RAU also need further attention and research.
