目的 系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)槐杞黃顆粒治療小兒反復(fù)呼吸道感染的療效及安全性。方法 計(jì)算機(jī)檢索Cochrane Library、Embase、Pubmed、中國生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫（CBM）、中國學(xué)術(shù)期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫（CNKI）、維普中文期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫（VIP）和萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫等數(shù)據(jù)庫，搜集槐杞黃顆粒治療小兒反復(fù)呼吸道感染的隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)（RCT），檢索時(shí)限均從建庫至2019年9月。對(duì)符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的研究進(jìn)行質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)和資料提取后，應(yīng)用RevMan 5.2軟件進(jìn)行Meta-分析。結(jié)果 最終納入16項(xiàng)RCTs，計(jì)1 624例患兒。Meta-分析結(jié)果顯示：與對(duì)照組相比，槐杞黃顆粒組能顯著提高小兒反復(fù)呼吸道感染的臨床有效率［OR=6.23，95% CI（4.32，8.99），P<0.000 01］，治療前后血清免疫球蛋白IgA水平［WMD=0.59，95% CI（0.20，0.98），P=0.003］、IgG水平［WMD=1.32，95% CI（0.99，1.64），P<0.000 01］、IgM水平［WMD=0.16，95% CI（0.07，0.25），P=0.00 03］均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，兩組差異比較具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。納入研究中槐杞黃顆粒的不良反應(yīng)表現(xiàn)輕微，均無嚴(yán)重不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生。結(jié)論 槐杞黃顆粒治療小兒反復(fù)呼吸道感染的療效總體優(yōu)于常規(guī)治療，可改善各項(xiàng)免疫功能指標(biāo)。鑒于本系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)納入研究的樣本量較少，仍需開展嚴(yán)格的、大樣本、多中心的隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)加以驗(yàn)證。

Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Huaiqihuang Granules for treating recurrent respiratory tract infection in children. Method Searched the Cochrane Library, EMbase, PubMed, CBM, CNKI and Wanfang Data from inception to 2019 September. All randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of Huaiqihuang Granules for recurrent respiratory tract infection in children were collected. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, literature were extracted, and the methodological quality of included studies was also assessed. Meta-analysis was performed by RevMan 5.2 software. Results A total of 16 RCTs involving 1 624 cases were included. The results of Meta-analysis showed that compared with the control group, Huaiqihuang Granules can significantly improve the clinical efficacy[OR=6.23, 95%CI (4.32, 8.99), P<0.000 01], and increase IgA levels[WMD=0.59, 95%CI (0.20, 0.98), P=0.003], IgG levels[WMD=1.32, 95%CI (0.99, 1.64), P<0.000 01], and IgM levels[WMD=0.16, 95%CI (0.07, 0.25), P=0.000 3] after treatment with significant differences. And the adverse drug reactions of Huaiqihuang Granules were slight with no serious occurrence. Conclusion Actual clinical evidence indicated that efficacy of Huaiqihuang Granules was superior than conventional therapy in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection. However, due to the small size of included RCTs in the study, more strictly designed, large scale and multi-center RCTs were required for further validation.
