[摘要]
目的 探討注射用丹參多酚酸聯(lián)合阿司匹林對(duì)腦梗死患者氧化產(chǎn)物和炎癥因子的影響。方法 選取2018年6月—2019年6月于黑龍江中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院治療的腦梗死患者68例作為研究對(duì)象,并按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將其分成觀察組(34例)和對(duì)照組(34例)。對(duì)照組口服阿司匹林腸溶片,100 mg/次,1次/d,并予以對(duì)癥治療,觀察組在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上靜脈滴注注射用丹參多酚酸,100 mg/次,臨用前以適量0.9%氯化鈉注射液將藥物溶解,再用250 mL 0.9%氯化鈉注射液將藥物稀釋?zhuān)?次/d。兩組治療周期為14 d。觀察對(duì)比兩組患者血清丙二醛(MDA)、晚期氧化蛋白產(chǎn)物(AOPP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、C反應(yīng)蛋白(CRP)、降鈣素原(PCT)表達(dá)水平及美國(guó)國(guó)立衛(wèi)生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)評(píng)分指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 治療后,兩組患者血清MDA、AOPP水平均明顯降低(P<0.05);觀察組MDA、AOPP水平顯著低于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組血清SOD、GSH水平均明顯升高(P<0.05),且觀察組SOD、GSH水平顯著高于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組血清CRP、PCT水平及NIHSS評(píng)分均明顯降低(P<0.05),且觀察組CRP、PCT表達(dá)水平及NIHSS評(píng)分均顯著低于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 注射用丹參多酚酸聯(lián)合阿司匹林能夠降低腦梗死患者血清氧化產(chǎn)物,增高抗氧化產(chǎn)物,降低炎性因子釋放,并能加快神經(jīng)功能的恢復(fù)。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the effects of Salvianolic Acids for Injection combined with aspirin on oxidative products and inflammatory factors in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Patients (68 cases) with cerebral infarction in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to June 2019 were divided into observation group (34 cases) and control group (34 cases). Patients in the control group were po administered with Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets, 100 mg/ time, once daily, and received symptomatic treatment. Patients in the observation group were iv administered with Salvianolic Acids for injection on the basis of treatment of the control group at 100 mg/time. Before use, the drug was dissolved with an appropriate amount of 0.9% sodium chloride injection, and then diluted with 250 mL 0.9% sodium chloride injection for once daily. The two groups were treated for 14 d. After 14 d of treatment, the serum levels of MDA, AOPP, SOD, GSH, CRP, PCT and NIHSS scores in two groups were observed and compared. Results After treatment, the serum levels of MDA and AOPP in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of MDA and AOPP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum SOD and GSH levels in two groups were significantly increased (P < 0.05). And the levels of SOD and GSH in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of CRP, PCT and NIHSS score in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). And the levels of CRP, PCT and NIHSS score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion SalvianolicAcids for injection combined with aspirin can reduce serum oxidation products in patients with cerebral infarction, increase antioxidant products, reduce inflammatory factor release, and accelerate the recovery of nerve function.
