蟬花是寄生在蟬上的真菌，也是我國傳統(tǒng)名貴中藥材?，F代研究表明蟬花及其有效成分具有免疫調節(jié)、抗疲勞、抗腫瘤、降血糖及改善腎功能等廣泛的藥理作用，尤其以增強免疫力作用的研究報道為多。近年來蟬花的抗腫瘤活性也逐漸受到關注，因此主要對蟬花的增強免疫力和抗腫瘤活性研究進行綜述，并對其后續(xù)研究及應用前景進行展望。

Cicada flower as a traditional Chinese medicine, is a cordycipitoid fungus parasitizing cicada nymphs. Studies have shown that cicada flower and its components have a wide range of pharmacological effects, such as immune regulation, anti-fatigue, anti-tumor, hypoglycemic and renal function improvement, especially in the study of enhancing immunity. In recent years, the antitumor activity of cicada flower has also been paid more and more attention. Therefore, this paper reviews the research on the enhancement of immunity and anti-tumor activity, and prospects the research and application prospect of cicada flower.
