蟬花是寄生在蟬上的一種蟲草真菌，也是我國傳統(tǒng)名貴中藥材。現(xiàn)代研究表明蟬花具有免疫調(diào)節(jié)、改善腎功能、抗疲勞、抗腫瘤、降血糖等廣泛的藥理作用，臨床上用于治療慢性腎臟病取得良好的療效。綜述天然蟬花或人工培養(yǎng)蟬花延緩糖尿病腎病、抗腎間質(zhì)纖維化、抗腎小球硬化、保護殘腎等對腎損傷保護作用的藥理研究進展，以及對慢性腎功能衰竭和慢性間質(zhì)性腎炎的臨床研究進展，以期為開發(fā)具有腎損傷保護作用的新藥與大健康產(chǎn)品提供依據(jù)。

Cicada flower is a cordycipitoid fungus parasitizing cicada nymphs, and it is also a traditional and precious Chinese medicinal material. Modern research shows that cicada flower has a wide range of pharmacological effects such as immunoregulation, improvement of renal function, anti-fatigue, anti-tumor, hypoglycemic, etc., and has achieved good curative effect in the treatment of chronic kidney disease. This article reviews the progress of pharmacological research on renal injury including the protective effects of natural or artificially cultivated cicada flower on diabetic nephropathy, anti-renal interstitial fibrosis, anti-glomerular sclerosis, protection of residual kidney, etc. At the same time, the clinical research progress of chronic renal failure and chronic interstitial nephritis is also reviewed, with a view to providing a basis for the development of new drugs and large health products with protective effects on kidney injury.
