[摘要]
目的 闡明蟬花水提物及蟬花子實(shí)體復(fù)方對(duì)小鼠免疫功能的影響,探討其調(diào)節(jié)免疫的作用機(jī)制。方法 BALB/c小鼠70只隨機(jī)分為7組(n=10):對(duì)照組,蟬花水提物高、中、低劑量(0.300、0.150、0.075 g/kg)組,蟬花復(fù)方高、中、低劑量(1.2、0.6、0.3 g/kg)組,ig給藥15 d后檢測(cè)小鼠胸腺指數(shù)、脾臟指數(shù),通過脾淋巴細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)化實(shí)驗(yàn)、溶血空斑實(shí)驗(yàn)以及碳廓清實(shí)驗(yàn),觀察淋巴細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)化率、巨噬細(xì)胞吞噬功能和血清溶血素形成情況,評(píng)價(jià)蟬花水提物及蟬花子實(shí)體復(fù)方的免疫調(diào)節(jié)作用。結(jié)果 與對(duì)照組比較,低、中劑量蟬花水提物,中劑量蟬花子實(shí)體復(fù)方均能明顯增加小鼠免疫器官脾臟、胸腺指數(shù)(P<0.05);低劑量蟬花水提物,低、中、高劑量蟬花子實(shí)體復(fù)方均能促進(jìn)淋巴細(xì)胞增殖反應(yīng)(P<0.05);低劑量蟬花水提物,低、中劑量蟬花子實(shí)體復(fù)方均能提高巨噬細(xì)胞吞噬功能(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 蟬花水提物及蟬花子實(shí)體復(fù)方均可明顯提高機(jī)體免疫力,且復(fù)方在調(diào)節(jié)免疫功能強(qiáng)度方面較單用蟬花水提物有一定優(yōu)勢(shì),說明蟬花預(yù)防和治療免疫功能失調(diào)相關(guān)疾病有較好的應(yīng)用前景。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the effect of Cicada flower water extract (CFWE) and Cicada flower synnema compound (CFSC) on immune function in mice, and explore its mechanism of regulating immunity. Methods Seventy BALB/c mice were randomly divided into 7 groups (n=10):control group, high, medium, and low doses of CFWE (0.300, 0.150, 0.075 g/kg), high, medium, and low doses of CFSC (1.2, 0.6, 0.3 g/kg). The thymus and spleen index of the mice were measured 15d after ig. The spleen lymphocyte transformation test, hemolytic plaque test, and carbon clearance test were used to observe the lymphocyte transformation rate, macrophage phagocytosis function, and serum hemolysin formation, and fully evaluate immune regulation of CFWE and CFSC. Results Compared with the control group, low and middle dosage of CFWE and middle dosage of CFSC could increase thymus and spleen index (P<0.05); Low dosage of CFWE and all dosages of CFSC could promote lymphocyte proliferative response (P<0.05); Low dosage of CFWE and low and middle dosage of CFSC could improve the phagocytosis function of macrophagocyte (P<0.05). Conclusion The water extract of Cicada flower and the Cicada flower synnema compound could obviously improve the body's immunity, and the compound has certain advantages in regulating the intensity and dose of the immune function than using the water extract of Cicada flower alone. It shows that Cicada flower has broad application prospects in the prevention and treatment of diseases related to immune dysfunction.
