植物代謝組學技術是借助多種檢測手段以植物提取物中代謝物為研究對象進行全面定性、定量分析,繼基因組學和蛋白質(zhì)組學之后發(fā)展起來的一門新興學科。隨著核磁共振(NMR)、液相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用(LC-MS)、氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用(GC-MS)等技術的快速發(fā)展,植物代謝組學已廣泛應用于中藥資源研究中。對該技術在中藥基原鑒別、野生與栽培品的鑒別、藥用部位鑒別、不同發(fā)育期的成分鑒定及不同產(chǎn)地藥材的品質(zhì)差異等方面研究進展進行綜述,從而揭示植物代謝物動態(tài)變化趨勢,為中藥質(zhì)量評價奠定基礎。

Plant metabolomics is a comprehensive qualitative and quantitative analysis of metabolites in plant extracts using a variety of detection methods. It is an emerging discipline developed after genomics and proteomics. With the rapid development of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS), gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and other technologies, plant metabolomics has been widely used in the research of traditional Chinese medicine resources. This article reviews the application of plant metabolomics technology in the use of resources of traditional Chinese medicine, planting, medicinal parts, place of origin, harvest time and different development stages of traditional Chinese medicine, so as to reveal the dynamic changes of plant metabolites and lay the foundation for the quality evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine basis.
