[摘要]
目的 研究柳氮磺吡啶聯(lián)合地衣芽孢桿菌對(duì)潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎的療效及其對(duì)血清炎癥因子水平的影響。方法 選擇2017年8月—2018年8月楊凌示范區(qū)醫(yī)院收治的82例潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎患者作為研究對(duì)象,根據(jù)入院的順序?qū)⒒颊哂贸楹灧S機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和觀察組,每組各41例。對(duì)照組患者口服地衣芽孢桿菌活菌膠囊,0.5 g/次,3次/d。觀察組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合口服柳氮磺吡啶腸溶片,6片/次,3次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療12周。觀察兩組患者的臨床療效,同時(shí)比較兩組患者的癥狀改善時(shí)間、臨床疾病活動(dòng)指數(shù)(CAI)和血清炎癥因子水平。結(jié)果 治療后,觀察組的總有效率為90.24%,明顯高于對(duì)照組的70.73%(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組患者的CAI評(píng)分均顯著降低(P<0.05);觀察組的CAI評(píng)分、腹瀉消失時(shí)間和血便消失時(shí)間明顯低于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。兩組治療后的腸黏膜Toll樣受體4(TLR-4)和血清腫瘤壞死因子-α(TNF-α)、白細(xì)胞介素-6(IL-6)水平均明顯降低(P<0.05),且觀察組上述指標(biāo)明顯低于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 柳氮磺吡啶聯(lián)合地衣芽孢桿菌能改善潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎患者的炎癥水平,安全有效,值得進(jìn)一步研究。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the effect of sulfasalazine combined with bacillus licheniformis in treatment of ulcerative colitis and its effect on the level of serum inflammatory factors. Methods A total of 82 patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to Yangling Demonstration Zone Hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected as the study subjects. According to the order of admission, the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group by lottery, with 41 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were po administered with Bacillus Licheniformis Capsule, Live, 0.5 g/time, three times daily. Patients in the observation group were po administered with Sulfasalazine Enteric-coated Tablets on the basis of control group, 6 tablets/time, three times daily. Both groups were treated continuously for 12 weeks. The clinical efficacy in two groups was observed, and symptom improvement time, clinical disease activity index (CAI), and serum inflammatory factors between two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was 90.24%, which was significantly higher than 70.73% in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, CAI scores in two groups were significantly reduced (P<0.05). And CAI score, vanishing time of diarrhea and vanishing time of blood stool in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of TLR-4, TNF-α, and IL-6 in the intestinal mucosa of two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the above indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Sulfasalazine combined with bacillus licheniformis can improve the inflammation level in patients with ulcerative colitis, which is safe and effective and worthy of further study.
