目的 探討滋陰補(bǔ)腎丸聯(lián)合他達(dá)拉非治療勃起功能障礙的臨床療效。方法 選取2019年4月-2020年4月在日照市婦幼保健院泌尿男科門診治療的陰莖勃起功能障礙患者76例作為研究對象，運(yùn)用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將患者隨機(jī)分為對照組（38例）和觀察組（38例）。對照組口服他達(dá)拉非片，10 mg/次，在進(jìn)行性生活前30 min服用，最大服藥頻率為1次/d。觀察組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上加滋陰補(bǔ)腎丸，淡鹽水送服，1袋/次，2次/d，連續(xù)服用7 d。觀察兩組患者的臨床療效和不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況，同時(shí)比較兩組治療前后的性激素水平和國際勃起功能障礙問卷（IIEF-5）評分。結(jié)果 治療后，觀察組的總有效率為94.73%，明顯高于對照組的84.21%（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清總睪酮、卵泡刺激素水平明顯升高，雌二醇顯著降低（P<0.05）；治療后，觀察組血清總睪酮、卵泡刺激素水平明顯高于對照組，雌二醇水平顯著低于對照組（P<0.05）。治療7、14 d后，兩組IIEF-5評分均顯著升高（P<0.05），且觀察組IIEF-5評分顯著高于同期對照組（P<0.05）。治療期間，對照組患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為26.32%，顯著高于觀察組的13.16%（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 滋陰補(bǔ)腎丸聯(lián)合他達(dá)拉非治療陰莖勃起功能障礙療效顯著，改善性激素水平，中西藥聯(lián)合治療優(yōu)于單用他達(dá)拉非，值得臨床進(jìn)一步的推廣。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Ziyin Bushen Pills combined with tadalafil in treatment of erectile dysfunction. Methods Seventy-six patients with erectile dysfunction who were treated in Rizhao Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the study subjects, and randomly divided into control group (38 cases) and observation group (38 cases) by random number table method. Patients in the control group were po administered with Tadalafil Tablets, 10 mg/time, take it 30 minutes before sex, and the maximum frequency was once daily. Patients in the observation group were po administered with Ziyin Bushen Pills on the basis of control group on the basis of control group with light saline, 1 bag/time, twice daily for 7 days. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups were observed, and the sex hormone levels and international Erectile dysfunction Questionnaire (IIEF-5) scores of two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.73%, which was significantly higher than 84.21% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of total testosterone and follicle-stimulating hormone were significantly increased, but estradiol was significantly decreased in two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of total testosterone and follicle-stimulating hormone in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the levels of estradiol were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After 7 and 14 days of treatment, IIEF-5 score in two groups was significantly increased (P<0.05), and IIEF-5 score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group at same period (P<0.05). During the treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 26.32%, which was significantly higher than 13.16% in the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion Ziyin Bushen Pills combined with tadalafil has a significant effect on erectile dysfunction, and improves the sex hormone level, and the effect is superior to the single use of tadalafil, which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
