[摘要]
近年來,前列腺癌的發(fā)病率在我國逐年上升,嚴(yán)重影響男性的健康狀況,而以雄激素阻斷為主線的前列腺癌治療方案總是面臨著去勢抵抗的困境。隨著代謝組學(xué)概念在腫瘤領(lǐng)域的深入拓展,前列腺癌細(xì)胞內(nèi)的代謝重編程受到越來越多研究者的關(guān)注。了解前列腺癌細(xì)胞內(nèi)的代謝變化及其相關(guān)的分子機制,可為探究前列腺癌的病因和尋找有效的診斷標(biāo)志物及治療策略提供線索。其中,前列腺癌細(xì)胞中糖、脂以及氨基酸的代謝異常被廣泛認(rèn)為與前列腺癌的疾病進(jìn)展相關(guān),就這3方面的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行匯總與剖析,旨在為前列腺癌的早期診斷和治療提供思路。

[Abstract]
The incidence of prostate cancer has increased by year in China, seriously affected the health of men. The first-line treatment for prostate cancer is androgen deprivation therapy, however, this treatment always face the dilemma of castration resistance. With the development of metabolomics in the field of cancer, the phenomenon of metabolic reprogramming in prostate cancer cells has attracted more and more attention.Understanding the metabolic changes and the related molecular mechanisms in prostate cancer cells can help us better understand the pathogenesis of prostate cancer and find effective diagnostic bio-markers and treatment strategies. Among them, the abnormal metabolism of glucose, fat and amino acids is widely considered to be related to the disease progression of prostate cancer.Therefore, this paper summarizes and analyzes the research progress of these three aspects, with a view to providing new ideas for the early diagnosis and adjuvant treatment of prostate cancer.
