目的 探討歸芪活血膠囊聯(lián)合硫酸氨基葡萄糖治療關(guān)節(jié)鏡術(shù)后膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床療效。方法 選取日照市人民醫(yī)院骨科門診于2016年6月-2018年8月收治的84例膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者作為研究對象，根據(jù)治療方法的不同隨機(jī)分為對照組和觀察組，每組各42例。對照組口服硫酸氨基葡萄糖膠囊，2粒/次，3次/d。觀察組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服歸芪活血膠囊，3粒/次，3次/d。兩組均連續(xù)服用1個月。觀察兩組患者的臨床療效，同時比較兩組治療前后的中醫(yī)證候積分、疼痛評分、腫脹評分及關(guān)節(jié)活動度。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組總有效率83.3%，顯著低于觀察組的92.9%，兩組對比差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組各中醫(yī)證候積分較治療前明顯下降（P<0.05）；且治療后，觀察組各中醫(yī)證候積分均顯著低于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，疼痛評分和腫脹評分較治療前下降明顯，關(guān)節(jié)活動度顯著升高（P<0.05）；治療后，觀察組疼痛評分和腫脹評分顯著低于對照組，關(guān)節(jié)活動度顯著高于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 歸芪活血膠囊聯(lián)合硫酸氨基葡萄糖治療膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者療效顯著，可減輕患者疼痛、腫脹感，有利于患者膝關(guān)節(jié)功能恢復(fù)。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Guiqi Huoxue Capsules combined with glucosamine sulfate in treatment of knee osteoarthritis after arthroscopy. Methods A total of 84 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to Rizhao People's Hospital from June 2016 to August 2018 were selected as the research subjects. According to different treatment methods, they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 42 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were po administered with Glucosamine Sulfate Capsules, 2 capsules/time, three times daily. Patients in the observation group were po administered with Guiqi Huoxue Capsules on the basis of control group, 3 grains/time, three times daily. Both groups were treated for 1 month. The clinical efficacy of two groups was observed, and the TCM syndrome score, pain score, swelling score and range of motion were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the control group was 83.3%, which was significantly lower than 92.9% of the observation group, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05); After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the pain score and swelling score decreased significantly, and the range of motion were increased (P<0.05). After treatment, the pain score and swelling score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, but the range of motion in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Guiqi Huoxue Capsules combined with glucosamine sulfate has a significant effect in treatment of patients with knee joint osteoarthritis, which can reduce the pain and swelling of patients, and is conducive to the recovery of the function of patients with knee joint.
