目的 探討康復(fù)新液聯(lián)合西地碘含片對慢性牙周炎患者的治療效果及其對鈣結(jié)合蛋白S100A12（S100A12）、乳鐵蛋白（LF）水平的影響。方法 選取2018年6月—2020年6月南安市第二醫(yī)院收治的106例慢性牙周炎患者為研究對象，根據(jù)治療方法將兩組患者分為對照組和觀察組，每組各53例。對照組患者含服西地碘含片，1片/次，3～5次/d。觀察組患者在對照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上含漱康復(fù)新液，10 mL/次，含漱3～5 min，3～5次/d，且兩組患者均接受為期8周的治療。觀察兩組患者的臨床療效，比較兩組治療前后的牙周健康指標及血清S100A12、LF水平。結(jié)果 治療后，觀察組總有效率為92.45%，顯著高于對照組的73.58%（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組菌斑指數(shù)、牙齒附著喪失、牙齒松動度均顯著降低（P<0.05）；且觀察組菌斑指數(shù)、牙齒附著喪失、牙齒松動度均低于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清S100A12、LF水平均顯著降低（P<0.05）；觀察組血清S100A12、LF水平均低于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組生活質(zhì)量評分顯著升高，疼痛評分顯著降低（P<0.05）；且觀察組患者的生活質(zhì)量評分高于對照組，疼痛評分低于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 康復(fù)新液聯(lián)合西地碘含片對慢性牙周炎患者有良好的治療作用，能夠改善患者的牙周健康狀況，降低S100A12、LF水平，改善患者的預(yù)后評分，治療安全性良好。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with Cydiodine Buccal Tablets in treatment of chronic periodontitis and its effect on S100A12 and lactoferrin(LF) levels. Methods A total of 106 patients with chronic periodontitis admitted to Nan'an Second Hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the study subjects. According to the treatment methods, the two groups of patients were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 53 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given Cydiodine Buccal Tablets, 1 tablet/time, 3-5 times/d. Patients in the observation group were treated with Kangfuxin Liquid, 10 mL/time, gargling for 3 to 5 min, 3-5 times/d, and both groups received treatment for 8 weeks. Observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups, and compare the periodontal health indicators, S100A12 and LF levels of the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 92.45%, which was significantly higher than 73.58% of control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, plaque index, tooth attachment loss, and tooth loosening degree in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). And the plaque index, tooth attachment loss and tooth loosening degree in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, serum S100A12 and LF levels in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). The serum S100A12 and LF levels in observation group were lower than those in control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, quality of life score in two groups was significantly increased, pain score was significantly decreased (P < 0.05). The quality of life score of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the pain score was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Kangfuxin Liquid combined with Cydiodine Buccal Tablets has a good therapeutic effect on patients with chronic periodontitis, which can improve the periodontal health of patients, reduce the levels of S100A12 and LF, improve the prognosis score of patients, and the treatment safety is good.
