目的 評價血府逐瘀膠囊輔助治療冠心病的臨床療效，為臨床用藥提供循證依據(jù)。方法 檢索中國學(xué)術(shù)期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫（CNKI）、萬方數(shù)據(jù)知識服務(wù)平臺（Wanfang Data）、維普中文期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫（VIP）、中國生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻數(shù)據(jù)庫（CBM）、循證醫(yī)學(xué)圖書館（The Cochrane Library）、美國生物醫(yī)學(xué)期刊文獻數(shù)據(jù)庫（PubMed）等數(shù)據(jù)庫中血府逐瘀膠囊治療冠心病的臨床隨機對照研究（RCT），檢索時間均為建庫至2021年3月31日。依據(jù)Jadad評分量表評估文獻質(zhì)量，應(yīng)用RevMan 5.3軟件進行Meta分析。結(jié)果 最終納入11個RCTs，包括冠心病患者980例。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示，相較于對照組，血府逐瘀膠囊治療組能夠明顯提高臨床總有效率［OR=3.75，95% CI=（2.42，5.80），P<0.000 01］、心電圖總有效率［OR=4.05，95% CI=（2.21，7.42），P<0.000 01］；可顯著降低心絞痛發(fā)作次數(shù)［SMD=-5.64，95% CI=（-8.10，-3.18），P<0.000 01］、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇水平［SMD=-1.55，95% CI=（-2.62，-0.48），P=0.004］、總膽固醇水平［SMD=-1.03，95% CI=（-1.49，-0.56），P<0.000 1］。結(jié)論 在化學(xué)藥常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上，應(yīng)用血府逐瘀膠囊輔助治療冠心病療效顯著，能夠有效緩解心絞痛癥狀、改善血脂水平；但文獻質(zhì)量偏低，尚需更多設(shè)計嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)腞CTs以加強證據(jù)強度。

Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule in the treatment of coronary heart disease and provide evidence-based evidence for clinical research. Methods The randomized controlled trials (RCT) about Xuefu Zhuyu Capsules in the treatment of coronary heart disease in CNKI, Wanfang Database, VIP, The Cochrane Library, and PubMed were collected from the time of establishing database to March 31, 2021. The quality of the literature was evaluated according to the Jadad rating scale, Meta-analysis of the outcome indicators was performed using RevMan 5.3 software. Results A total of 11 RCTs were finally included, with 980 patients. Meta-analysis results show that compared with the control group, the Xuefu Zhuyu Capsules group can significantly improve the total clinical effective rate[OR=3.75, 95%CI=(2.42, 5.80), P < 0.000 01], the total effective rate of electrocardiogram[OR=4.05, 95%CI=(2.21, 7.42), P < 0.000 01]; can significantly reduce the number of angina pectoris[SMD=-5.64, 95%CI=(-8.10, -3.18), P < 0.000 01], low density lipoprotein cholesterol level[SMD=-1.55, 95%CI=(-2.62,-0.48), P=0.004], total cholesterol level[SMD=-1.03, 95% CI=(-1.49,-0.56), P < 0.000 1]. Conclusion On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment, the auxiliary treatment of coronary heart disease with Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule is effective, which can effectively relieve the symptoms of angina and improve the level of blood lipids. However, the quality of literature research is low, and more rigorously designed RCTs are needed to strengthen the strength of evidence.
