火把花根片是以衛(wèi)矛科雷公藤屬植物昆明山海棠去皮的根芯制備而成的中成藥，臨床研究表明其是一種高效低毒的藥物，具有抗炎、鎮(zhèn)痛、免疫抑制等類(lèi)似激素樣作用，目前主要用于自身免疫相關(guān)疾病的治療，如類(lèi)風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎、系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡等，取得了較好的療效。對(duì)近20年火把花根片的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行整理，分析和歸納火把花根片的藥理學(xué)作用和臨床應(yīng)用，以期為其后續(xù)臨床精準(zhǔn)用藥提供藥理學(xué)和臨床治療學(xué)依據(jù)。

Huobahuagen Tablets is a Chinese patent medicine prepared from the peeled root of Tripterygium hypoglaucum (Lévl.) Hutch. Clinical studies have shown that the Huobahuagen piece is a kind of efficient and low toxicity drugs, have anti-inflammatory and analgesic, immunosuppression and similar hormone kind function. At present, huobahuagen piece has achieved a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of rheumatic diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, etc and have achieved good efficacy. The related literature of Huobahuagen Tablets in the past 20 years are sorted and the pharmacological effects and clinical applications of Huobahuagen Tablets were analyzed and summarized to provide pharmacological and clinical therapeutic evidence for subsequent clinical precision treatment.
