[摘要]
桂枝湯由桂枝、芍藥、甘草、大棗和生姜5味藥組成,具有解肌發(fā)表、調(diào)和營(yíng)衛(wèi)的功效,是中醫(yī)常用治療外感風(fēng)寒表虛證之方。現(xiàn)代藥理研究表明桂枝湯不僅對(duì)體溫、汗腺分泌、血壓、免疫功能及胃腸運(yùn)動(dòng)有調(diào)節(jié)作用,還具有抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒、降低血糖和心血管保護(hù)等作用。就近年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)桂枝湯藥理作用的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述,以期為進(jìn)一步深入研究與綜合開發(fā)利用桂枝湯奠定基礎(chǔ)。

Guizhi Decoction, which is composed of Cinnamomum cassia, Paeoniae Radix Alba, Glycyrrhiza uralensis, Ziziphus jujuba and Zingiber officinale, shows the effects of "Jieji Fabiao, regulating Ying ang Wei". It is commonly used by traditional Chinese medicine physicians to treat exogenous wind-cold syndrome. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Guiguizhi Decoction not only regulates body temperature, sweat gland secretion, blood pressure, immune function and gastrointestinal motility, but also has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiviral, hypoglycemic and cardiovascular protection effects. In this paper, the pharmacological mechanism of Guizhi Decoction was summarized to lay a foundation for further research.
