結(jié)合藥品化妝品抽樣檢驗(yàn)政策分析、文獻(xiàn)回顧和工作機(jī)制研究，梳理了國(guó)家藥品化妝品抽樣檢驗(yàn)工作中的信息化應(yīng)用，針對(duì)信息化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀提出相應(yīng)思考與建議。藥品化妝品抽樣檢驗(yàn)在法律制度體系、工作機(jī)制等方面整體保持一致，信息化應(yīng)用可相互借鑒、協(xié)同發(fā)展。藥品化妝品抽樣檢驗(yàn)信息化工具可實(shí)現(xiàn)抽檢全過程管理，應(yīng)進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化藥品化妝品抽樣檢驗(yàn)信息化建設(shè)的統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃和頂層設(shè)計(jì)，提升服務(wù)抽檢計(jì)劃制定、指導(dǎo)抽檢實(shí)施和協(xié)助核查處置，加強(qiáng)抽檢數(shù)據(jù)信息共享方面的技術(shù)支撐作用。

Combined with the policy analysis, literature research and working mechanism review, the applications of the informatization in the management process of national sampling and testing of drugs and cosmetics were analyzed.For the present situation of the informatization construction, thoughts and suggestions were put forward.The national sampling and testing of drugs and cosmetics were consistent in terms of legal system and working mechanism, its applications of informatization could be used for reference and may breed the coordinated development.The informatization tools for national sampling and testing of drugs and cosmetics had fulfilled the whole working process management.The overall planning and top-level design of informatization construction for national sampling and testing of drugs and cosmetics should be further strengthened.The improvement of the technical support role of informatization tools in the formulation of working plan, guidance the implementation and supervision and administration of sampling and testing, which need to emphasized.Meanwhile, the information sharing of sampling and testing data should be intensified.
