中藥藥效物質(zhì)及作用機(jī)制等中藥有效性相關(guān)問(wèn)題的科學(xué)闡釋是解決制約中藥現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的有效途徑。代謝組學(xué)與中醫(yī)藥的整體觀、辨證論治特征相契合，以其高通量、整體性的研究特性高效解析中藥整體藥效作用過(guò)程。將中醫(yī)藥理論與代謝組學(xué)技術(shù)有機(jī)融合，可為深層次闡明中藥的有效性、物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)、作用機(jī)制等科學(xué)問(wèn)題提供關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。綜述了代謝組學(xué)方法解決中藥藥效評(píng)價(jià)與藥效物質(zhì)研究的具體實(shí)踐，并對(duì)代謝組學(xué)策略的未來(lái)發(fā)展方向進(jìn)行展望。

The scientific explanation of the issues related to the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine, such as efficacy evaluation, active substances and action mechanism, is the key problem restricting the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine. Metabonomics is in line with the overall view of traditional Chinese medicine, the characteristics of syndrome differentiation and treatment, with its high-throughput and holistic research characteristics to efficiently analyze the overall pharmacodynamic process of traditional Chinese medicine. Organic integration of traditional Chinese medicine theory and metabonomics technology can provide technical support for deep-seated elucidation of scientific problems such as traditional Chinese medicine effectiveness, material basis, and mechanism of action. Therefore, this paper reviews the specific practice of metabolomics methods to solve the pharmacodynamic evaluation and pharmacodynamic substance research of traditional Chinese medicine, and looks forward to the future development direction of metabolomics strategies.
