目的 系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)玉屏風(fēng)散聯(lián)合化學(xué)藥噴霧治療支氣管哮喘的有效性及安全性。方法 計(jì)算機(jī)檢索中國(guó)學(xué)術(shù)期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)（CNKI）、萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)（Wanfang Data）、中國(guó)生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)（SinoMed）、維普生物醫(yī)學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)（VIP）、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase、Web of Science數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中玉屏風(fēng)散（顆粒）聯(lián)合化學(xué)藥噴霧治療支氣管哮喘的隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)（RCT），檢索時(shí)限為從建庫(kù)至2022年9月1日。由2名研究人員獨(dú)立檢索、篩選文獻(xiàn)、提取數(shù)據(jù)、納入符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的文獻(xiàn)，參照Cochrane風(fēng)險(xiǎn)偏倚評(píng)價(jià)工具進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)質(zhì)量評(píng)估，使用RevMan 5.4軟件進(jìn)行Meta分析。結(jié)果 共納入12項(xiàng)RCTs，包括1190例患者。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示，玉屏風(fēng)散（顆粒）聯(lián)合化學(xué)藥噴霧（試驗(yàn)組）治療支氣管哮喘的總有效率明顯優(yōu)于單純使用化學(xué)藥噴霧（對(duì)照組）［OR=3.41，95%CI（2.35，4.96），P＜0.00001］；試驗(yàn)組可有效控制哮喘癥狀［MD=3.59，95%CI（2.12，5.06），P＜0.00001］，明顯改善肺功能指標(biāo)［1秒用力呼氣容積（FEV1）、呼氣流量峰值（PEF）等］，F(xiàn)EV1［MD=0.57，95%CI（0.43，0.71），P＜0.0001］、PEF［MD=0.66，95%CI（0.40，0.92），P＜0.00001］。結(jié)論 玉屏風(fēng)散（顆粒）聯(lián)合化學(xué)藥噴霧治療支氣管哮喘，療效顯著且安全性較高，適于臨床應(yīng)用。

Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Yupingfeng Powder combined with chemical spray for bronchial asthma. Methods Data were electronically searched from CNKI, Wanfang Data, SinoMed, VIP, PubMed, Cochrane Library Embase, and Web of Science, from the date of establishment to September 1, 2022, for the randomized controlled trial (RCT) of Yupingfeng Powder combined with chemical spray in treatment of bronchial asthma. Two researchers dependently searched, screened, extracted data and included the documents that met the standards. The literature quality was evaluated with reference to Cochrane risk bias evaluation tool, and the data was analyzed with RevMan 5.4 software. Results A total of 12 RCTs involving 1190 patients were included. Meta-analysis showed that the total effective rate of treating bronchial asthma with Yupingfeng Powder combined with chemical spray (experimental group) was significantly better than that with conventional western medicine (control group) [OR = 3.41, 95%CI (2.35, 4.96), P<0.00001], which can effectively control asthma symptoms [MD = 3.59, 95%CI (2.12, 5.06), P<0.00001], the lung function indexes [forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1), peak expiratory flow (PEF)] were significantly improved, FEV1 [MD = 0.57, 95%CI (0.43, 0.71), P<0.0001], PEF [MD = 0.66, 95%CI (0.40, 0.92), P<0.00001]. Conclusions Yupingfeng Powder combined with chemical spray is effective and safe for bronchial asthma, which has evidence-based basis and issuitable for clinical application.
