中藥毒性和療效評價是評價中藥藥物安全性評估的重要項目。人類多能干細(xì)胞（hPSCs）在疾病建模、藥物篩選、分子機(jī)制研究以及安全性評價等方面是有力的研究工具。雖然hPSCs作為體外先進(jìn)研究材料，應(yīng)用廣泛，但在中醫(yī)藥相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究積累卻十分有限。通過調(diào)研hPSCs及其分化衍生物在中醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)應(yīng)用，討論hPSCs在中醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域最大限度利用的可能性以及阻礙，同時展望hPSCs的應(yīng)用前景，以期為hPSCs在中藥毒性和療效評價領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)應(yīng)用提供一定的理論參考，推進(jìn)中醫(yī)藥安全性的現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展。

The evaluation of toxicity and efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) plays an important part in evaluating the safety of TCM. Human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) are a powerful research tool in disease modeling, drug screening, molecular mechanism research and safety evaluation. As one of the advanced experimental materials, hPSCs are limitedly used in the field of TCM research. This review discusses the possibility and obstacles of the utilization of hPSCs in the field of TCM by investigating the relevant applications of hPSCs and their derivatives in the research field of TCM, and looks forward to the application prospect of hPSCs, in order to provide certain theoretical reference for the field of toxicity and efficacy evaluation of TCM, and promote the modern development of the safety of TCM.
