藥物治療路徑是對(duì)臨床路徑在用藥方案方面的完善和補(bǔ)充，對(duì)于減輕患者經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)，促進(jìn)醫(yī)院藥事管理高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，適應(yīng)醫(yī)保支付改革新趨勢(shì)，實(shí)現(xiàn)衛(wèi)生資源的優(yōu)化配置等方面具有積極的意義。現(xiàn)行臨床路徑中的藥物治療方案往往描述得不夠詳盡，從而影響臨床路徑的實(shí)施。以帕金森病為例，從南京鼓樓醫(yī)院現(xiàn)有藥品的實(shí)際情況出發(fā)，制定藥物治療路徑。通過(guò)對(duì)帕金森病藥物治療路徑的重新整理，明確了各個(gè)藥物的選擇優(yōu)先級(jí)別及治療地位，從而避免不必要的治療方案調(diào)整，也減少了帕金森病的單病種治療費(fèi)用。

The drug treatment pathway is the improvement and supplement to the clinical pathway in the medication regimen, which has positive significance for reducing the economic burden of patients, promoting the high-quality development of hospital pharmaceutical affairs management, adapting to the new trend of medical insurance payment reform, and realizing the optimal allocation of health resources. Drug treatment regimens in current clinical pathways are often not sufficiently detailed, which affect the implementation of clinical pathways. Taking Parkinson's disease as an example, a drug treatment pathway was formulated based on the actual situation of Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital. By rearranging the treatment pathway of Parkinson's disease, the department clarified the priority level and treatment status of each drug, to avoid unnecessary adjustment of treatment regimen and reduce the cost of single disease treatment for Parkinson's disease.
