四君子湯是中醫(yī)經(jīng)典名方,具有益氣健脾的功效,主治脾胃虛弱證,具有調(diào)節(jié)胃腸功能、增強機體免疫功能等作用。同時,四君子湯也具有防治腫瘤的作用,常用于癌癥的輔助治療。四君子湯對結(jié)直腸癌的抗癌作用主要體現(xiàn)在緩解腸道炎癥、防治癌前病變、抑制癌癥轉(zhuǎn)移、調(diào)節(jié)機體免疫以及改善腫瘤惡病質(zhì)等方面,主要綜述四君子湯防治結(jié)直腸癌藥理作用機制的研究進展,以期為四君子湯的應用開發(fā)以及抗腫瘤藥物的研發(fā)提供參考。

Sijunzi Decoction is a classic prescription of traditional Chinese medicine, which has the effect of benefiting qi and strengthening the spleen. It is mainly used for the weakness of spleen and stomach, regulating gastrointestinal function and enhancing the body's immunity. At the same time, Sijunzi Decoction also has the effect of preventing and treating tumors, and is often used in the adjuvant treatment of cancer. The anticancer effect of Sijunzi Decoction on colorectal cancer is mainly reflected in the alleviation of intestinal inflammation, prevention and treatment of precancerous lesions, inhibition of cancer metastasis, regulation of body immunity and improvement of cancer cachexia. This article reviews the recent research progress and status of the pharmacological mechanism of Sijunzi Decoction in the prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer, in order to provide reference for the application and development of Sijunzi Decoction and the research and development of anti-tumor drugs.
