神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病作為最大的醫(yī)學(xué)挑戰(zhàn)之一,目前尚無針對性的治療方法。神經(jīng)干細(xì)胞(NSCs)具有分化潛能,可通過組織修復(fù)替代、神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)、免疫調(diào)節(jié)、抗炎、抗凋亡等達(dá)到治療神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病的作用,為神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病的治療提供了新思路。近年來針對NSCs的研究愈發(fā)深入,NSCs移植成為神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病治療方法的研究熱點(diǎn),大量臨床前及臨床研究數(shù)據(jù)證明NSCs移植治療用于神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病是安全可行的。目前已有多個NSCs細(xì)胞系進(jìn)入臨床試驗(yàn)階段,有望用于腦卒中、腦出血、脊髓損傷、帕金森病、阿爾茨海默病等常見神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病的治療??偨Y(jié)了NSCs移植治療中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病的研究進(jìn)展,以期為NSCs移植治療神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病研究提供理論支持。

Neurological disease is one of the biggest medical challenges, but there is still no targeted treatments for this kind of diseases. Neural stem cells (NSCs) have the potential of differentiation. NSCs can be used to treat neurological diseases through tissue repair and replacement, neuronutrition, immune regulation, anti-inflammatory and anti-apoptosis. and provides a new idea for the treatment of nervous system diseases. In recent years, the research on NSCs has become increasingly in-depth, NSCs transplantation has become a research hotspot in the treatment of nervous system diseases,a large number of preclinical and clinical data have proved that NSCs transplantation is safe and effectiveness for the treatment of neurological disorder diseases.At present, a number of NSCs cell lines have entered the clinical trial and are expected to be used in the treatment of common neurological disorder, such as cerebral stroke, cerebral hemorrhage, spinal cord injury, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease and so on.In the paper,the progress in the research of NSCs central nervous system disease therapywas summarized, and it provides some theoretical support for the research of NSCS transplantation for neurological disordertreatment.
