二氫槲皮素是從植物中提取的類黃酮類化合物,在自然界中分布廣泛,具有抗腫瘤(肝癌、肺癌、乳腺癌、直結(jié)腸癌、胃癌、骨癌、宮頸癌)、抗炎、抗氧化、抗纖維化、抗過敏、抗細(xì)胞凋亡和抗病毒等多種藥理作用。目前對(duì)二氫槲皮素在抗氧化、抗炎、抗纖維化和抗細(xì)胞凋亡方面的研究比較完善,但缺乏抗病毒和抗腫瘤方面的藥理研究總結(jié)。就近年來國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)二氫槲皮素的藥理作用(尤其是抗腫瘤活性)的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),以期為后續(xù)研究和進(jìn)一步藥用開發(fā)提供依據(jù)。

Dihydroquercetin is a flavonoid compound extracted from plants and is widely distributed in nature. It has many pharmacological effects such as anti-tumor (such as liver cancer, lung cancer, breast cancer, colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, bone cancer, cervical cancer), anti-inflammatory, antioxidation, antifibrosis, antiallergy, antiapoptosis and antivirus. The existing literature on dihydroquercetin in antioxidation, anti-inflammatory, antifibrosis and antiapoptosis research is relatively perfect; however, there is a lack of summary of research on antivirus and antitumor. In this paper, the pharmacological effects of dihydroquercetin are summarized at home and abroad in recent years, especially its antitumor activity, which provides a theoretical basis for further research and further medicinal development.
