[摘要]
目的 基于CiteSpace 6.1.R6對苦參進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量學(xué)及可視化分析,了解其研究現(xiàn)狀及趨勢,為將來的基礎(chǔ)研究和臨床研究提供參考。方法 檢索維普生物醫(yī)學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)庫(VIP)、中國學(xué)術(shù)期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(CNKI)、中國生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(SinoMed)和Web of Science(WOS)數(shù)據(jù)庫,限制文獻(xiàn)發(fā)表時(shí)間為2014—2023年。利用NoteExpress軟件對文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行篩選并應(yīng)用CiteSpace 6.1.R6版軟件對文獻(xiàn)作者、機(jī)構(gòu)、關(guān)鍵詞進(jìn)行可視化分析,提取可靠信息。結(jié)果 共檢索到中文文獻(xiàn)1 887篇和英文文獻(xiàn)421篇??梢暬治鼋Y(jié)果顯示近10年中文文獻(xiàn)的發(fā)文量整體呈下降趨勢,英文文獻(xiàn)發(fā)文量趨于穩(wěn)定,略有上升,中文文獻(xiàn)量遠(yuǎn)多于英文文獻(xiàn)量。作者合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析結(jié)果顯示作者之間存在交流合作并且形成了研究團(tuán)隊(duì),團(tuán)隊(duì)內(nèi)部存在合作,團(tuán)隊(duì)之間缺乏交流。機(jī)構(gòu)之間合作較少,存在跨省交流與跨國合作。關(guān)鍵詞共現(xiàn)分析表明苦參的成分苦參堿和氧化苦參堿有較高的研究價(jià)值,苦參具有抗腫瘤、抗菌、抗炎等作用,其中抗炎作用是當(dāng)前研究的熱點(diǎn)。結(jié)論 目前苦參的研究主要集中于對其抗腫瘤和抗炎作用,而發(fā)揮作用的主要成分為苦參堿;未來對苦參的藥用價(jià)值和藥理作用機(jī)制應(yīng)進(jìn)行更加全面、深入且多角度的探索,以期構(gòu)建一個(gè)系統(tǒng)化的研究體系。

[Abstract]
Objective To conduct bibliometric and visualization analysis of the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) Sophora flavescens using CiteSpace 6.1. R6, understand its current research status and trends, and provide references for future basic and clinical research. Methods Literature was retrieved from the VIP Chinese Medical Journal Database (VIP), China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Chinese Biomedical Literature Service System (Sinomed), and Web of Science (WOS) databases, with publication dates limited from 2014 to 2023. NoteExpress software was used for literature screening, and CiteSpace 6.1. R6 software was employed for visual analysis of authors, institutions, and keywords to extract reliable information. Results A total of 1 887 Chinese literatures and 421 English literatures were retrieved. Visualization analysis indicated that over the past decade, the number of publications in Chinese has been declining, while the number of published articles in English tended to be stable and slightly increased. The number of publications in Chinese significantly exceeded that in English. The author cooperation network analysis demonstrated that communication and collaboration among authors, forming research teams with internal collaboration but lacking inter-team communication. There was limited cooperation between institutions, encompassing interprovincial exchanges and transnational collaboration. Keywords co-occurrence analysis showed that the components of S. flavescens namely matrine and oxymatrine, had high research value. S. flavescens exhibited anti-tumor, anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, with antiinflammatory effects being a current research hotspot. Conclusion Currently, the research on S. flavescens focuses on its anti-tumor and anti-inflammatory effects, and the main component of S. flavescens is matrine and oxymatrine, in the future, the medicinal value and pharmacological mechanism of S. flavescens should be explored in a more comprehensive, in-depth and multi-faceted way, with the aim of constructing a systematic research system.
