代謝相關(guān)脂肪性肝病(MAFLD,舊稱(chēng)非酒精性脂肪肝)是一種典型的肥胖引起的肝病,被認(rèn)為是最常見(jiàn)的肝臟疾病。MAFLD是一種復(fù)雜的疾病,與多種遺傳、表觀遺傳和環(huán)境有關(guān),其發(fā)病機(jī)制尚不完全清楚。近年來(lái)研究表明氧化應(yīng)激水平的升高是導(dǎo)致MAFLD形成的重要原因之一。核因子E2相關(guān)因子2(Nrf2)信號(hào)通路是重要的抗氧化應(yīng)激通路,Nrf2通路能減少活性氧(ROS)的產(chǎn)生,增加抗氧化酶及蛋白的表達(dá),而中藥可以通過(guò)激活Nrf2介導(dǎo)的抗氧化反應(yīng)來(lái)降低肝細(xì)胞的氧化應(yīng)激,從而起到預(yù)防及治療代謝相關(guān)脂肪性肝病的作用。對(duì)通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)Nrf2途徑減少ROS過(guò)量產(chǎn)生,產(chǎn)生抗氧化反應(yīng)及降低炎癥反應(yīng),發(fā)揮MAFLD治療作用的單味中藥及復(fù)方進(jìn)行總結(jié)歸納,為發(fā)現(xiàn)預(yù)防和治療MAFLD的高效中藥提供參考。

Metabolism-associated fatty liver disease (MAFLD, formerly known as nonalcoholic fatty liver disease) is a typical obesity-induced liver disease and is considered to be the most common liver disease. MAFLD is a complex disease associated with a variety of genetic, epigenetic, and environmental associations, and the mechanisms of its pathogenesis are still not fully understood. Recent studies have shown that elevated levels of oxidative stress are one of the major causes of MAFLD formation. The nuclear factor E2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) signaling pathway is an important anti-oxidative stress pathway, and the Nrf2 pathway reduces the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and increases the expression of antioxidant enzymes and proteins, whereas traditional Chinese medicines can reduce the oxidative stress of hepatocytes by activating the Nrf2-mediated antioxidant response, thus playing a role in the prevention and treatment of metabolism-related fatty liver disease. We summarize the single herbs and compound formulas that can reduce the overproduction of ROS, generate antioxidant responses and reduce inflammatory responses through regulating the Nrf2 pathway, and play a therapeutic role in the treatment of MAFLD, so as to provide a reference for the discovery of highly effective herbs for the prevention and treatment of MAFLD.
