[摘要]
目的 采用COOC和VOSviewer文獻計量學方法對葛根Pueraria lobata的研究現(xiàn)狀和熱點進行分析,為今后葛根臨床應(yīng)用和未來深入研究提供科學依據(jù)。方法 收集2000—2023年期間中國學術(shù)期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(CNKI)、萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫(Wanfang Data)、維普生物醫(yī)學數(shù)據(jù)庫(VIP)、Web of Science等數(shù)據(jù)庫中有關(guān)葛根的中英文文獻,通過VOSviewer、Coocation等軟件對發(fā)文量、期刊、地區(qū)、作者、關(guān)鍵詞等進行可視化分析,并對葛根相關(guān)的研究前沿熱點進行分析。結(jié)果 納入英文文獻1 128篇、中文核心文獻5 937篇,文獻數(shù)量整體呈增長趨勢。我國在葛根相關(guān)研究領(lǐng)域占主導(dǎo)地位,研究機構(gòu)主要以北京中醫(yī)藥大學和香港中文大學為代表,中文發(fā)文量最大核心作者為朱衛(wèi)豐,英文發(fā)文量最大核心作者為Fung,Kwok.p,但研究葛根的各團隊之間的協(xié)作程度較為薄弱。關(guān)于葛根國內(nèi)外研究的關(guān)鍵詞主要集中在藥理作用、有效成分、藥動學、復(fù)方等方面。結(jié)論 對于葛根的研究已經(jīng)進入了多元、深入的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展階段,未來關(guān)于葛根的研究方向應(yīng)主要集中在對現(xiàn)有研究成果的補充和拓展上,特別是針對那些目前研究較為薄弱或尚未充分研究的領(lǐng)域展開探索。

[Abstract]
Objective To analyze the current research status and hotspots of Pueraria lobata using bibliometric methods such as COOC and VOSviewer, providing a scientific basis for its clinical application and future in-depth research.Methods Chinese and English literature related to P. lobata was collected from databases from 2000 to 2023 including China National Knowledge Internet (CNKI), VIP, Wanfang, and Web of Science. Visualization analysis was conducted on the number of publications, journals, regions, authors, and keywords using VOSviewer, Coocation, and other software. Additionally, the frontiers and hotspots of P. lobata research were analyzed.Results A total of 1 128 English articles and 5 937 Chinese core articles were included, with an overall increasing trend in the number of publications. China dominates the research field of P. lobata. Research institutions are primarily represented by Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Top Chinese author in terms of publication volume is Zhu Weifeng, and top English author is Fung Kwok.p. However, collaboration among teams is relatively weak. The keywords related to P. lobata research both domestically and internationally mainly focus on pharmacological effects, active ingredients, pharmacokinetics, compound prescriptions, etc.Conclusion P. lobata has entered a diverse and in-depth stage of stable development. The research on P. lobata has entered a stable stage of diversified and in-depth development, and future research on P. lobata should mainly focus on supplementing and expanding the existing research results, especially exploring those areas that are currently weak or not yet adequately researched.
