[摘要]
目的 研究葛根素注射液聯(lián)合巴曲酶治療突發(fā)性耳聾的臨床效果。方法 選擇2016年2月—2016年12月在榆林市星元醫(yī)院進(jìn)行診治的突發(fā)性耳聾患者78例,隨機(jī)分為兩組,每組各39例。對(duì)照組給予巴曲酶注射液,每次10 BU,加入500 mL生理鹽水中稀釋后進(jìn)行靜脈滴注,每?jī)商?次。觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合靜脈滴注葛根素注射液治療,將0.4 g葛根素注射液加入250 mL生理鹽水中進(jìn)行靜脈滴注,每天1次。兩組均治療10 d。比較兩組的臨床治療效果,以及治療前后的活化部分凝血活酶時(shí)間、凝血酶時(shí)間、凝血酶原時(shí)間和血漿纖維蛋白原,全血黏度低切、血細(xì)胞比容、全血黏度高切、血漿黏度和純音聽閾值。結(jié)果 觀察組的有效率為89.74%,明顯高于對(duì)照組的71.79%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。兩組治療后的凝血酶時(shí)間、活化部分凝血活酶時(shí)間以及凝血酶原時(shí)間均明顯升高,血漿纖維蛋白原明顯降低,同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);且兩組間相比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。兩組治療后的全血黏度低切、血細(xì)胞比容、全血黏度高切及血漿黏度均明顯降低,同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);且觀察組明顯低于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。兩組治療后的純音聽閾值均明顯改善,同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);且觀察組明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 葛根素注射液聯(lián)合巴曲酶治療突發(fā)性耳聾的臨床效果明顯優(yōu)于單獨(dú)使用巴曲酶,不僅可以有效改善患者的臨床癥狀還可以改善血液流變學(xué)狀態(tài)以及血液高凝狀態(tài)。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of batroxobin combined with Puerarin Injection in the treatment of sudden deafness. Methods Selected 78 cases of patients with sudden deafness who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016, divided into two groups randomly. The clinical therapeutic effect of two groups, and the activated partial thromboplastin time and thrombin time, prothrombin time and fibrinogen, whole blood viscosity at low shear rate, hematocrit, whole blood viscosity at high shear rate, plasma viscosity and pure tone threshold were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment, the effective rate of the observation group was 89.74% (35/39), significantly higher than that of the control group 71.79% (28/39) (P<0.05); thrombin time, activated partial thromboplastin time and prothrombin time of the two groups were increased significantly (P<0.05), plasma fibrinogen decreased significantly (P<0.05), and compared between the two groups has significant difference (P<0.05); the low shear whole blood viscosity, hematocrit, whole blood viscosity at high shear rate and plasma viscosity of the two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the observation group decreased more obviously (P<0.05); the value of pure tone audiometry of the two groups were significantly improved (P<0.05), and the observation group is more obvious (P<0.05).Conclusion Batroxobin combined with puerarininjection in the treatment of sudden deafness was significantly better than the single use of batroxobin, not only can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients can also improve blood rheology and blood hypercoagulability.
