    目的 建立人參、紅參、西洋參3種配方顆粒的傅里葉變換紅外光譜快速鑒別方法。方法 采用紅外光譜及其二階導(dǎo)數(shù)光譜、二維相關(guān)光譜，分析不同配方顆粒的紅外光譜特征。結(jié)果 傅里葉變換紅外光譜能夠從整體上反映化學(xué)成分的不同情況，二階導(dǎo)數(shù)光譜和二維相關(guān)光譜在800~1800 cm-1能夠?qū)Σ煌浞筋w粒進(jìn)行不同程度的區(qū)分，二維相關(guān)光譜的區(qū)分效果明顯。結(jié)論 通過(guò)綜合比較傅里葉變換紅外光譜、二階導(dǎo)數(shù)光譜和二維相關(guān)光譜，可以準(zhǔn)確、快速鑒別人參、紅參、西洋參3種配方顆粒。
