二甲雙胍是治療2型糖尿病的首選藥物，近年來研究發(fā)現(xiàn)二甲雙胍除了降糖作用外，還可以抗炎、抗衰老、抗腫瘤等作用。通過查閱大量文獻(xiàn)就二甲雙胍抗頭頸部腫瘤的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述，并介紹了二甲雙胍通過激活腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶（AMPK）信號通路、上調(diào)相關(guān)微小RNA（miRNAs）、抑制信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)與轉(zhuǎn)錄激活因子3（STAT3）信號通路等作用機(jī)制抗頭頸部腫瘤。

Metformin is the first choice for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. In recent years, studies have found that besides its hypoglycemic effect, metformin can also have anti-inflammatory, anti-aging and anti-tumor effects. This article reviews the progress of study of metformin in head and neck cancer by reviewing a large number of literatures. Metformin can inhibit head tumors by activating AMP-activated kinase (AMPK) signaling pathway, up-regulating microRNA, or inhibiting signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 signaling pathway.
