苦參堿類生物堿對粒細(xì)胞性、單核細(xì)胞性、淋巴細(xì)胞性白血病、淋巴瘤和骨髓瘤等造血系統(tǒng)腫瘤細(xì)胞都有抑制增殖并誘導(dǎo)分化和凋亡作用?？鄥A和氧化苦參堿曾在臨床上被試用于治療白血病、多發(fā)性骨髓瘤或惡性淋巴瘤，結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)苦參堿或氧化苦參堿與化療藥聯(lián)用，能提高化療藥的療效，降低化療藥的毒性作用。
