從石杉科植物蛇足石杉中分得4個生物堿（Ⅰ～Ⅳ）．經(jīng)光譜鑒定，分別為去-N-甲基-β-obscurine（Ⅰ），lycopodine（Ⅱ），lycodoline（Ⅲ）和6-α-羥基-lycopodine（Ⅳ）。其中堿Ⅰ和Ⅳ為首次從該植物中分得。

Four alkaloids were isolated from Huperzia serrata(Thunb.)Trev.,The structures of these alkaloids were identified as des-N-methyl-β-obscurine(I ),lycopodine(II),lycodoline(Ⅲ)，and 6-a-hydrozy-lycopodine(IV)by means of spectral analysis(UV, IR, NMR, M S).Comp- ounds I and IV were isolated for the first time in the species.
