研究了植物細胞膜固定化培養(yǎng)中各種參數(shù)對反應器性能的影響,結果表明：細胞層厚度為7～8mm時生產(chǎn)能力可達到較高的水平；孔徑為80μm的不銹鋼絲網(wǎng)是合適的固定化長春花細胞膜材料；壓力脈沖是促進胞內生物堿釋放的有效手段；并在理論上建立計算反應器允許細胞層厚度的方法,計算結果與實驗吻合較好。

Membrance immobilization of Catharathus roseus(L.)G. Don cell culture was studied.Results showed that the production capacity can attain a hagher level when the cell layer was 7-8mm thick. Stainless-steel. A method to determine allowable cell layer thickness was developed. The calculated calue agreed well with experimental results.
