[摘要]
探討了杏仁油乳的制備工藝條件。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,以S15為主的復(fù)合乳化劑制成的水包油型的杏仁油乳劑,在40~60℃條件下,10000~12000r/min進(jìn)行攪拌3次后,乳劑穩(wěn)定性較好,分散相粒度≤10μm,易于吸收。

Conditions for the preparation of apricot kernel oil emulsion were studied. The experimental results showed that with the use of S15 Emulphor as the main emulsifier,at a temperature of 40~60℃,and agitated for three times at a speed of 1000~1200r/min,the resulted oil in water apricot kernel oil emulsion had a satisfactory stability,with disperse phase particle size of ≤10μm and easily absorbable by human body.
