研究薄荷醇和冰片對雙氯滅痛的經(jīng)皮透過作用,發(fā)現(xiàn)二者均可使雙氯滅痛的透過量增加,但作用較氮酮為弱;同時發(fā)現(xiàn)二者的滯后時間比氮酮顯著為短.結(jié)果提示,薄荷醇和冰片可望作為促透劑在某些藥物的透皮給藥制劑中得到應(yīng)用.

Effect of 1-menthol and synthetic borneol on percutaneous penetration of diclofenac sodium was examfined.It was found that both 1-menthol and synthetic borneol could increase percutaneous penetration of diclofenac sodium,but much weaker when compared with azone,and with shorter lag times(T_lag).The rusultsindicated that 1-menthol and synthetic borneol could he used in transdermal delivery system of some drugs astransdermal enhancers.
