建立了淫羊藿Epimedium grandiflorum降壓有效部位中降壓活性成分淫羊藿甙(icariin)含量的RP-HPLC分析方法。并對(duì)由不同產(chǎn)地的淫羊藿藥材制備的淫羊藿降壓有效部位中淫羊藿甙的含量進(jìn)行了分析。這為淫羊藿降壓有效部位質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定奠定了基礎(chǔ)。

A new method for content analysis of icariin in hypotensive portion of Epimedium grandiflorum by Rp-HPLC was established. The content of icariin in the hypotensive portions of crude drug prepared from different localities of China were determined. Results showed that the method may lay a good foundation for the quality control of preparation made from the hypotensive portion of E. grandiflorum.
