Results showed that:(1) Total specific activity of LDH was increased by 1300 after taken FSMY for 10 days,as com-pared with the control. (2)LDH isozyme map of heart muscle changed significantly with increase of LDH1 and LDH2 and decreased of LDH4 and LDH5. (3) Specific activities of LDH1-2 was elevated by 3800,while that of LDH4-5:lowered by 31%as compared with the control. (4)Blood lactic acid clearance was accelerated after vig-orous excercices. The above results pointed out that influence on LDH isozyme map and LDH1-2 specific activi-ties are important aspects of anti-fatigue mechanism of FSMY."/>
