[摘要]

雪蓮花種子在1/2MS培養(yǎng)基上萌發(fā)出幼苗。以不同條件研究了雪蓮花愈傷組織誘導(dǎo)及培養(yǎng)。應(yīng)用高壓液相色譜法對培養(yǎng)物中的具有抗癌作用的黃酮jaceosidin進(jìn)行了分析。

[Abstract]

Seedlings were germinated from seeds of Saussurea irevolucrata in 1/2MS medium.Different conditions for the inducement of calli and tissue culture in S. involucruta were investigated. A sensitive and rapid high-performance liquid chromatographic method has been used for detecting the jaceosidin with anticancer activi-ty.
