觀察了冠心病心絞痛患者用中藥冠心十二湯治療前后及正常人循環(huán)血中紅細(xì)胞變形性（RCD）、紅細(xì)胞膜脂質(zhì)流動性（LFU）及紅細(xì)胞膜電學(xué)（membraneelectricity）變化。結(jié)果表明，患者高切變率下全血粘度（ηbh）和紅細(xì)胞剛性指數(shù)（ERI）在治療前較正常組明顯升高，紅細(xì)胞膜LFU、紅細(xì)胞電泳率（EPM）也較正常人明顯降低?；颊咧委熀螃莃h和ERI較治療前明顯降低，紅細(xì)胞膜LFU和紅細(xì)胞EPM較治療前顯著提高。

Changes of red cell deformability(RCD)，erythrocyte membrane lipoid fluidity(LFU) and erythrocyte membrane electricity in systemic venous blood were observed before and after treatment with Chinese medicine Guangxinshiertang(GXSET) in coronary heart disease. Results showed that the elevated high shear blood viscosity(nbh) and erythrocyte rigidity idex(ERI) of patients with coronary heart disease were significantly reduced after treatment. Their erythrocyte membrane LFU and erythrocyte electrophoretic mobility(EPM) were also markedly lowered as compared with normal control.
