采用高效薄層預(yù)制板,用二次展開的方法分離測定了毛白楊葉中的特里楊苷等三種酚苷類化合物。以二氯甲烷-乙酸乙酯-甲醇-水(2:1.5:0.5:0.05)為展開劑,α萘酚-硫酸試液為顯色劑,用 CS-930薄層掃描儀,λ=520 nm波長處線性掃描。方法簡便、快速、準(zhǔn)確。

A double development thin layer chromatographic method was established to separate and determine the amount of tremulacin, treulodin and salicin in the leaves of Populus tomentosa Carr. by HPTLC plate. The plates were developed twice in a solvent system of dichloromethane-ethyl acetate-methanol-water (2∶1.5∶0.5∶0.05) and color development with α-naphthol-sulfonic acid-ethanol solution. The detection wavelength was 520 nm. The results showed that this method was simple, rapid and accurate.
