采用甲醇為溶劑,提取冬蟲夏草及其蟲體、子座中的核苷類成分,用HPLC法測定腺苷的含量;色譜條件以μBondapak C₁₈(4.6 mm × 250 mm,10μm)為色譜柱,0.01 mol/L磷酸二氫鈉-磷酸氫二鈉緩沖液(pH6.5)- 甲醇(85: 15)為流動相,檢測波長 UV260 nm,r=0.9999,線性范圍 0.2~1μg,回收率104.5%。

A method has been developed for the determination of adenosine in Cordycepes sinensis (Berk.) Sacc. by HPLC. Nucleosides in both worm body and stroma were extracted with MeOH. A μ Bondapak C₁₈ column was used, with phosphate buffer (0.01 mol/L of a mixture of NaH₂PO₄ and Na₂HPO₄ of pH 6.5)-MeOH (85∶15) as the mobile phase, and detected at a wavelength of 260 nm. The l?near range was 0.2～1.0 μg， r=0.9999.The average recovery was 104.5%.
