Sacc. by HPLC. Nucleosides in both worm body and stroma were extracted with MeOH. A μ Bondapak C18 column was used, with phosphate buffer (0.01 mol/L of a mixture of NaH2PO4 and Na2HPO4 of pH 6.5)-MeOH (85∶15) as the mobile phase, and detected at a wavelength of 260 nm.
