本實(shí)驗(yàn)選取了能夠反映血液流變性特征的各種參數(shù),對(duì)丹皮酚和阿司匹林兩個(gè)藥物改變血液流變性的能力進(jìn)行了比較,以期為臨床開(kāi)發(fā)和應(yīng)用這兩個(gè)藥物提供準(zhǔn)確的實(shí)驗(yàn)依據(jù)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明 :丹皮酚對(duì)血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)的影響是多方面的,主要表現(xiàn)在降低全血表觀粘度、使紅細(xì)胞壓積降低,同時(shí)降低紅細(xì)胞聚集性和血小板粘附性,使紅細(xì)胞的變形能力顯著增強(qiáng)。而阿司匹林改變血液流變性的能力則較為局限,除了能降低血小板粘附率外,其它方面未能表現(xiàn)出對(duì)血液流變性的改變有積極的影響

In order to provide experimental data for the development and application of the two drugs in clinic, the hemorrheological parameters of paeonol was studied, ex vivo,, in comparison with aspirin. Results showed that paeonol had a more broad spectrom than those of aspirin. The major hemorrheological changes of paeonol included such items as decreasing whole blood viscosity, lowering Hematocrit (Het), the RBC's aggregation and platelet adhesion rate and increasing the RBC's deformation ability. For aspirin, however, beside it's action to decrease platelet adhesion rate, showed no obvious effects on other hemorrheological parameters.
