[摘要]
采用氣相色譜法,以冰片含量測定為指標(biāo),分別對冰片β-環(huán)糊精包合物和混合物進(jìn)行強(qiáng)光照射、高溫、高濕、揮發(fā)性試驗及恒溫加速實驗。結(jié)果,在光、熱、濕等因素影響下,包合物中冰片含量沒有明顯變化,而混合物中冰片含量均明顯下降。包合物的熱失重百分率比混合物小。實驗表明,冰片β-環(huán)糊精包合物具有一定的抗光照性、熱穩(wěn)定性和濕穩(wěn)定性,其穩(wěn)定性明顯優(yōu)于單純冰片。

[Abstract]
The stability of borneol-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex toward light,heat andhumidity was studied by determining the changes of borneol contents by GC,after subjected to variousdrastic changes of conditions.Results showed that there were no obvious changes under the influences of light,heat and humidity in comparison with that of a simple mixture containing borneol,which showed an obvious weightloss.It was concluded that borneol in β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex is more stable than borneol alone
