采用薄層掃描法測定了15批穿心蓮商品藥材中穿心蓮內(nèi)酯、脫水穿心蓮內(nèi)酯的含量,并進行了比較。結果脫水穿心蓮內(nèi)酯高于穿心蓮內(nèi)酯的占26.7%,穿心蓮內(nèi)酯高于脫水穿心蓮內(nèi)酯的占53.3%,兩者含量差異在±10%以內(nèi)的占20.0%。
