[摘要]
阿魏酸鈉(SF)及當(dāng)歸醇沉物(ESA)對(duì)卡介苗加脂多糖致小鼠免疫性肝損傷有保護(hù)作用,二者均降低肝損傷小鼠血清ALT和谷胱甘肽S-轉(zhuǎn)移酶活性,并增加肝細(xì)胞漿中谷胱甘肽還原酶活性,同時(shí)ESA降低肝細(xì)胞漿中丙二醛含量,提示當(dāng)歸的護(hù)肝作用與抗脂質(zhì)過氧化有關(guān)。

Sodium ferulate (SF) and ethanol sediments from Angelica sinensis (Oliv.) Diels (ESA) showed their protective effects on the immunological liver injury induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in bacillus calmette- guerin (BCG) primed mice.They both suppressed serum ALT and glutathione S-transferase activity,and increased glutathione-reductase activity in hepatic cytosol in liver damaged mice.ESA also reduced the level of malondialdehyde (MDA),a product of lipid peroxidation,in hepatic cytosol.All these effects reminded that antioxidation was an important mechanism for A.sinensis to antagonize immunological liver injury.That ESA decreased the spleen index in liver damaged mice also reminded that there may be some other protective mechanisms of A.sinensis.
