在繼續(xù)對(duì)顯脈香茶菜Rabdosianervosa(Hemsl)C.Y.WuetH.W.Li莖葉有效成分的研究中,又分得一種新的對(duì)映-貝殼杉烷型二萜,經(jīng)理化常數(shù)和波譜分析,確定其結(jié)構(gòu)為1α,15β-二羥基-6β-乙氧基-6,7-B-斷裂-對(duì)映-貝殼杉-16-烯-6,20-環(huán)氧-7,20-內(nèi)酯,命名為顯脈香茶菜丙素(rabdonervosinC)

In continuation of our investigation, a new diterpene, rabdonervosin C (Ⅰ), was isolated from the leaves and stems of Rabdosia nervosa (Hemsl ) C Y Wu et H W Li Its structure was identified as 1α, 15β, dihydroxy 6β ethoxy 6, 7 B seco ent kaur 16 en 6, 20 epoxy 7, 20 δ olide on the basis of spectroscopic (MS, IR, 1HNMR, 13 CNMR, DEPT and 2D NMR) data and in comparison with the known rabdonervosin A(Ⅲ) and B (Ⅱ)
