    以溴酚藍(lán)作為測(cè)試用酸性染料,在總生物堿與其形成穩(wěn)定絡(luò)合物時(shí)間范圍內(nèi),利用比色法制定了駱駝蓬種子中總生物堿的含量。認(rèn)為此方法快速簡(jiǎn)便、準(zhǔn)確易行。
