目的:對(duì)不同品種的訶子進(jìn)行DNA指紋圖的鑒別研究,并對(duì)RAPD在中藥材鑒別中存在的一些問題進(jìn)行研究。方法:應(yīng)用RAPD技術(shù)對(duì)訶子及其常見混淆品進(jìn)行DNA指紋圖多態(tài)性的比較。結(jié)果:DNA指紋圖顯示,各樣品間具有不同的遺傳關(guān)系,根據(jù)這些差別可進(jìn)行鑒別,同時(shí)對(duì)存在的若干問題提出了解決的方法。結(jié)論:RAPD可以有效地鑒別訶子及其混淆品
