[摘要]
目的 研究粟米脂質(zhì)的化學(xué)成分。方法 用色譜方法分離,波譜方法鑒定成分結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果 從粟米浸提物中分得3個(gè)甘油酯化合物,分別為二亞油酸甘油酯(Ⅰ),一亞麻酸甘油酯(Ⅱ)和α,β-二半乳糖基-α′-亞麻?;视王?Ⅲ)。結(jié)論 均為首次從粟米中獲得,其中Ⅲ為新的糖脂化合物。

[Abstract]
Object To study the lipoidal constituents of Setaria italica Beauv.Methods The constituents were isolated by chromatography and structurally elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis.Results The three glycerides were isolated as dilinolein (Ⅰ), monolinolenin (Ⅱ),α, β-digalactosyl-α′-linolenic-glyceride (Ⅲ).Conclusion These compounds were obtained from the plant for the first time. Compound Ⅲ is a new glycolipin.
