目的 初步研究六味地黃湯活性部位 3A的免疫調(diào)節(jié)作用。方法 觀察 po給予 3A對(duì)環(huán)磷酰胺 (Cy)處理小鼠、肉瘤 S1 80 荷瘤小鼠及快速老化模型小鼠 (SA M)等免疫功能低下模型免疫反應(yīng)的影響。結(jié)果 3A對(duì)以上模型低下的抗體生成反應(yīng)和脾細(xì)胞增殖反應(yīng)具有明顯的改善作用。結(jié)論 3A具有明顯的免疫調(diào)節(jié)作用,是六味地黃湯的重要活性部位之一。

Object To carry out a preliminary investigation on the immunomodulatory activity of fraction 3A, a fraction from the ethanol-soluble portion of LIUWEIDIHUANG DECOCTION (LW)*. Methods Effects of fraction 3A (po) on antibody production response and splenocyte proliferation of models with cyclophosphamid treated, sarcoma S180 bearing and senescence accelerated mouse-prone/8 (SAMP8) mice were evaluated. Results Fraction 3A (po) significantly improved the immune response in all of the immunodeficient models. Conclusion Fraction 3A possesses potent immunomodulating effect and is one of the important effective fraction of LW.
